• Candidate should be willing to work in the 8 hours night shift


• Monitoring support for critical servers and clusters


• Create and update process and system documentation


• Monitor and report on backup and recovery process


• Participate in after-hours support for emergency issues


• Possess troubleshooting techniques for a variety of technical issues


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities


• Track and monitor open support issues
